Caribbean Co-operation of the Red Cross - CCORC

The Caribbean Co-operation of the Red Cross (CCORC) was established in 1995 and its membership includes 30 Red Cross entities from across the region stretching from Bermuda to Suriname. The CCORC is intended to lend support to and accelerate the development of National Societies and Overseas Branches in the region as well as promote co-operation between them.

The CCORC elects a Management Committee every four years. Serving on this committee from 2007 to 2011 are Bahamas (President), Haiti (Vice-President), Trinidad & Tobago (Secretary), Grenada (Treasurer), Dominica (regional networks coordinator) and British Virgin Islands (overseas branches coordinator).
