Health Committee – In accordance to our 5 year Strategic Plan, 2006-2010, plans to start a Health Department at BRC HQ, incorporating TWC programs, First Aid, Home Nursing and Wellness Clinics.

The first BRC wellness clinic is planned to be opened in the New Year at our San Ignacio Branch. This will be managed and conducted by two volunteer, retired registered Belizean nurses.

They will deliver services in providing health information in diabetes and hypertension, diets in relation to bodies and obesity. They both also have degrees in Psychiatry and extensive training and experience in caring for and counseling people living with HIV/AIDS.
