	The Red Cross Movement in the Caribbean joined the rest of the world on World AIDS Day to remember those who have fallen to AIDS, and recommit their efforts to assisting those living with the virus.

	The regional launch of the 2006 World Disasters Report was held in the Bahamas. Sub-Regional Office Co-ordinator Ms Julia Brothwell said there was much to be proud of as the generosity in 2005 enabled millions to rebuild their lives and livelihoods after disaster.
