The Anguilla Red Cross Society will be one of several organisations to recieve a donation from the generosity of a frequently returning visitor to the island.

Mr. David Small, a repeat guest at the Callaloo Club Villas has voluntarily decided to make a monetary presentation to the Anguilla Red Cross, the Anguilla Community Foundation and the Soroptimist Club of Anguilla.

Small will be making the presentations on 20th December 2005.

During the ceremony Small is also expected to distribute gifts and donations to some 50 children in the Blowing Point area between the ages of 5 and 15 years.

According to word from Callaloo Club these gifts were purchased in the United States and shipped to the island in an effort to “maintain the festive spirit of Christmas in sharing with the children.”

Manager of the club Ms. Patricia Bygrave said that they hope that the occasion makes the holiday season a most joyous one.
