New executive for Barbuda branch of Antigua & Barbuda Red Cross

"The Barbuda Branch of the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross now has a new executive committee to conduct the affairs of Barbuda , just 20 minutes flight from Antigua .

Pastor Moses John has accepted to be the director for the Barbuda Branch of the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross for two years.

Elected to the executive committee of the Barbuda Red Cross Branch  were Faith John as Secretary, Fabian Jones as Treasurer/ Communication Officer and Tessa Webber as Youth Director.

Juliette Warner, Claudette DeSouza, Lincoln Burton and Arthur Nibbs were elected as active executive members.

The election of officers to the executive committee was conducted by Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross Director General Gerald Price, who said it was important to reactivate the Barbuda Branch for the effective operation of the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross.
