October 28 - November 2
Path:
Saffir-Simpson Scale: Category 1 on November 1.
Countries seriously affected: Haiti, Dominican Republic, Bahamas
Countries relatively affected: Cuba
INGRID
September 13 - 17
Path:In the Atlantic, Ingrid moved in an west north-west direction, east of the Lesser Antiles. Remained out at sea.
Saffir-Simpson Scale: Did not reach hurricane strength. Became a tropical storm.
Countries seriously affected: No countries were serious affected.
Countries relatively affected: No countries were relatively affected.
FELIX
August 31 - September 5
Path: Felix passed north of the Netherland Antilles after moving into the Caribbean Sea as a tropical depression between Grenada and Tobago. It made its first land fall near the Nicaragua-Honduras border. It dissipated into a tropical depression in Nicaragua after threatening a direct hit on Belize.
Saffir-Simpson Scale: Category 1 and 2 on Sep 1. Category 3 and 4 on Sep 3. Category 5 on Sep 4.
Countries seriously affected: Nicaragua, Honduras
Countries relatively affected: Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, El Salvador, Guatemala.
DEAN
August 14 - 23

Path: Dean passed between Martinique and St Lucia into the Caribbean Sea. It passed south of Jamaica, and eventually made its first land fall near the Belize-Mexico border. It entered the Gulf of Mexico then after making its second land-fall, it dissipated into a tropical depression in Mexico.
Saffir-Simpson Scale: Category 1 and 2 on Aug 16. Category 3 and 4 on Aug 17. Category 5 on Aug 21.
Countries seriously affected: Dominica, St Lucia, Jamaica, Belize, Martinique, Guadeloupe. Flooding, roofs blown off, downed trees. Infrastructure damaged and agriculture industry pummelled. A State of Emergency was declared in Jamaica and the general election, carded for Aug 27, was postponed.
Countries relatively affected: St Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Haiti, Cayman Islands
